Responsibilities
- Market and competitor research.
- Analysis of user feedback and product metrics.
- Finding product growth opportunities.
- Designing and conducting research to test hypotheses (surveys, interviews, experiments, A/B tests).
- Explore and facilitate adding new feature, from idea to test solution.
- Writing tasks for designers and development.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience with international IT product management (SaaS, e-commerce is a strong plus).
- Product analytics skill (you know how to compile a report in GA4 or formulate a clear request for the analyst department).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Strong technical skills, ability to communicate with software engineering teams in their language.
- Successful user research experience.
- Advanced English reading/writing.
