Product description

Our current main product is a platform for students where they can buy, sell and rent paper or electronic textbooks (https://booksrun.com). The project has multiple modules: inventory sync system, warehousing system, realtime pricing system for multiple platforms, affiliate module with average of 2M daily requests, big data storage with history on over 10M products, applications for iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

  • Answering emails from our online marketplace platform
  • Answering phone
  • Providing great customer experience

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written US English
  • Desire to learn new stuff
  • Customer support experience is a plus
